Looking back on the efforts made in the first half of the year and clarifying the direction for the second half, the company held the "2025 Sales Department Mid-Year Meeting" on July 29th.

            On July 29th, the mid-year summary meeting of the company's sales department was successfully held. This meeting not only comprehensively reviewed the sales work in the past six months, but also marked an important moment to sound the clarion call for the next year's work. All members of the sales department gathered together to discuss achievements, analyze problems, and discuss strategies.

            First of all, Mr. Shi, the general manager, delivered the opening speech. The results they have delivered contain numerous achievements that were painstakingly achieved: Some teams have exceeded their annual targets by a significant margin, using steadily rising data to prove their precise and in-depth exploration of the market; behind the constantly rising performance figures are repeated instances of keenly capturing customer needs, as well as the perseverance and breakthroughs made on the front lines of the market. 

            What is even more touching is the candidness of everyone facing their shortcomings. Several representatives voluntarily brought up the cases of missed orders, from the deviation in the initial demand assessment to the oversight in the subsequent service connection, and analyzed each lesson in detail. "Hiding the lessons will only lead to repeated mistakes; sharing them openly can help us avoid obstacles together." Such practical sharing made the colleagues present nod their heads frequently, and they all felt more alert. 

            These achievements would not have been possible without the hard work of every salesperson. They travel to various markets, visit clients, negotiate partnerships, and with professionalism and sincerity, they have gained the recognition of customers.

            At the end of the meeting, Chairman Jiang Hui pointed out that the performance in the first half of the year was outstanding and the data was impressive. This was not possible without the hard work of the sales department. We sincerely appreciate all your efforts. In the second half of the year, the company will fully enhance its delivery capabilities and coordinate all departments to provide a solid support for the sales department.
